School Bookings

Bookings are made via the head of centre, forms are available on the the BGFL, e-briefing and on this website, on the admin page ( see link on the left).  Bookings are made at a set cost to the school for 30 or 45 children, the centre can accommodate  56 children and there is an extra cost for the additional children.  Schools can book part weeks or link with other schools to bring a mixed group. 

 

Four adults are required for a course, two of which must be teaching members of staff.  There are four staff bedrooms, which can accommodate up to eight staff.  The centre can accommodate up to 32 on one side of the building and 24  children on the other side.  Please find an attached dormitory plan on the admin page.
