The dormitory plan must be filled out and sent to the centre before you attend so that beds can be prepared.

The pupil list needs to filled in and sent three weeks before the start of the course.

The medical and special dietary requirements form needs to be filled in and sent three weeks before the course.  This form is extremely important as food is ordered specific to the needs of the school.
